2. I am an experienced trader representing myself and several other traders who would like join RTFM Capital, can you accommodate us all at once?

Absolutely! Candidates with any trading experience should contact us to discuss their situation.

3. What will my responsibilities be as a trader for RTFM Capital?

Your only duty will be to trade, traders will be introduced to several proven methods of trading and ultimately will settle on a style that suits their personality.

4. Why do I need to deposit $5,000 risk capital?

It is our business model to hire traders who possess a burning desire to build a business for themselves. We have found that traders who are serious about a career in trading will invest in themselves. It is our experience that traders who trade their own risk capital are much more willing to learn risk control and money management, the keys to longevity in this business. We are looking for individuals who want to learn a career that will last a lifetime.

5. Do I receive a salary if RTFM Capital hires me as a trader?

RTFM traders are paid on performance only. Compensation is based on each individual traders net profit and loss.


6. I like everything I have read, but don’t live near any of your branches, Is remote trading available?

Absolutely, You can download the software from home and still be a part of our great team! Please feel free to give us a call with any questions about potential employment with RTFM Capital or send us an EMAIL and we will respond promptly

7. Is RTFM Capital a Brokerage firm?

No. RTFM Capital is a private corporation formed to manage and trade its own brokerage account. By becoming a sub-contractor, you are given authority to trade the company account.

8. How do I get started?

9. When can I withdraw my security deposit or profits?

You may withdraw some or all of your deposit/profits once your funds have cleared our bank.  However monthly trading profit checks are dispersed on the 25th of the month following that in which they were generated.

10. Can I request additional buying power?

Yes. You may request an increase in buying power. This increase will be granted based or your performance.
